The hotel has seven room categories, offering a wide choice of accommodation for all. The rooms are found on the top 15 floors of the building, and many offer some of the best views in the city. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, double or twin bed, flat screen tv, tea and coffee facilities, european plugs, ironing board and irons and hairdryer.
There are two restaurants Nipa Thai and Island Grill. Nipa Thai offers award winning authentic Thai cuisine, which has been given the accolade of the Thai Select award from the Thai government for authenticity and quality. Island Grill holds three stars with the Sustainable Restaurant Association for serving seasonal and ethically sourced dishes. Both restaurants hold 2 rosettes with the AA. The Lounge bar offers a full menu and light snack throughout the day, and in room dining offers a limited menu 24 hours a day.
Lancaster London is one of Europe's leading meeting and banqueting venues. Its conference rooms, which have recently undergone an £11.5m refurbishment, have the ability to cater for up to 3,000 people. There are two main event suites that can hold up to 1,000 for dinner each and 13 smaller meeting spaces - perfect for break out rooms and smaller meetings.

The gym is located on the second floor, and is complimentary to all guests. The gym is open 24 hours a day. Jogging maps are offered by the concierge for Hyde Park, which is just opposite the hotel, otherwise there are plenty of nice walks for guests to enjoy in the park.
