The monumental staircase, built in the Renaissance era, leads you up to the 2nd floor where all the 10 guest rooms are. The other guestrooms are in the castle’s windmill near the little river. All rooms blend modern day comforts with antique furnishings and original features. The fine collection of bedrooms offers a selection of double rooms, twin rooms, single rooms and some suites that are suitable for families with young children.

The original kitchen has been preserved, with its monumental fireplace and 5 metre high stone vault, its equipped with the most modern material. A refined cuisine, with an emphasis on local products. The adjoining sitting room and the lounge area near the bar welcome you, opening onto the majestic courtyard and terrace, fountain and a magnificent view overlooking the gardens and the castle park.

From the grandeur of "Etats Généraux" Room which can seat up to 130 people to the warmth and intimacy of the Library for up to 35 people, Pondres Castle offers you the greatest flexibility when choosing your event venue.
Pondres Castle is happy to cater for up to 250 guests; on these occasions we use the main courtyard.

Our dedicated team of event coordinators will be there to guide you through each activity and provide advice as to what type of activity would be best suited to your aims and objectives and itinerary. Working closely with our preferred supplier of activities, who provide us with expert instructors and an imaginative, reliable and passionate team of activity managers, a programme will be developed to suit your requirements and achieve your goals.
