1/ The definition of your specifications

2/ The selection of the establishments is made in accordance with strict criteria and objectives:

• Business Profilers identifies the partner establishments that correspond to your request, makes sure of their availability and communicates the specifications that you have drawn up for the organistion of the seminar.
• During the half-day following your request, Business Profilers sends you the list of likely sites that correspond to your needs and are available on your desired dates, along with a detailed presentation of each site.
• With 24 hours (48 hours for more complex files), you directly receive a personalised quotation from each establishment. You are then in direct contact with our partner hotels. Thanks to our exclusive partnership, you will receive the best quality-performance-price relationship in effect on the desired date.
• Upon request, we are also able to receive all of the offers. You then don’t have direct contact with the hotel, and we will provide you with an overview of the situation.

3/ The accompaniment until the final evaluation of the organisation of the seminar

Upon receipt of the quotation, you may:

• Benefit from the advice of your Business Profilers expert. We will accompany you in the steps for the organisation of your location fact-finding visits, the development of your project, negotation of the best rates and the general conditions of sale.

When you have retained the ideal site,

• You enter into a direct contract with our partner hotel. You will then have your own personal contact person who will follow your event until the finish. On your behalf, we will cancel the sites that you haven’t retained.
